The assignment
The assignment included real estate services, site selection and incentive negotiations for Green Metals. The search targeted a 100,000 to 130,000 square foot building available for lease or purchase.
From 250+ buildings to two finalists
The team evaluated Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. Seven buildings met the criteria across three states. Visits included properties, communities, training facilities and meetings with local leadership and permitting officials.
Negotiation and transaction support
The company chose to pursue a purchase and narrowed its focus to one property in North Carolina and one in Virginia. The team compared logistics, operating and property costs, negotiated the letter of intent and purchase and sale agreement, and introduced local legal, banking, contracting and engineering resources.
